DESIGN—ISH STUDIO uses a flat-rate shipping option for all orders within the US. It may take 1–3 weeks to fulfill an order as they are printed on demand, after which they are shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Return Policy

DESIGN—ISH STUDIO uses Printify as a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
